The laser we were using during the experimental stage pictured below

is only 65 mWatts total power. The laser in the finished harp is a

factor of ten times more powerful so it really is visually stunning.

These were taken shortly before the MIDI interface was fitted  at

which point the complete harp was built into a 4U 19" flightcase....

Be aware that the sound quality is pretty naff

and the harp appears to strobe... that is purely an

effect of the video camera scanning system; to the

naked eye it appears to have 8 constant beams...
